Born in a garage during the summer of 2017, Freedom Brewing was created by 2 friends with a passion for beer and good times. Through trial and error, a brand was developed around the wish to just be free to brew beer and spread the love of friends and family throughout. It was these 2 wishes that planted the seed for Freedom Brewing Corp.

From 2017 to 2019, the owners spent many nights working on recipes and building a model that would lead to the taproom they now have in Holbrook LI.

During year one of operations, the good lord grassed us with a seasoned brew master that joined our team to make us what we are now. Great beer, great people and great times.
